Co-Owner & General Manager - Anna has over 25 years in the food service industry. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian. Her experience with people and event planning is her specialty. Anna possesses skills for providing all facets of front and back service as catering manager including: staff management and training, menu creations and budget, food safety, and cleanliness. She can manage and coordinate small and large catered events. One of her strengths is working with people and helping them create a memorable event. Anna's background of owning restaurants as well as floral shops has given her a large scope of management skills.
